At FixOurPhone, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Used or installed mobile parts.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@fixourphone.com with your order details and issue.
- Our team will verify and approve your return request.
- You will receive instructions for pickup or shipping the product back.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product inspection.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method or credited to your FixOurPhone wallet.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In cases where cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed as per standard refund timelines.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
